It’s me, Cindy, and this is my world of Yoga Therapy!

My commitment is to helping teachers, students, and private clients expand their possibilities through education, movement and self-exploration. I have a deep curiosity for the function of the human body and how it’s a barometer for what’s going on in the subtle realms of the mind and the emotions.

Forty years ago, I developed a love for fitness. Since that time I have been teaching and presenting in the fitness industry as well as developing my yoga practice. Yoga has been my passion for the last 20 years. I’ve enjoyed teaching yoga and training yoga teachers around the world.

After receiving my BSc in Health Sciences, I studied extensively with numerous teachers and programs including Baron Baptiste, Rolf Gates, Shiva Rae, Ana Forrest, Tom Myers, Dr. Bo Forbes, Theresa Murphy, Sarah Powers, and Susi Hately, and Amy Matthews.

I’ve taken my educational seminars and workshops to various cities throughout Canada, the USA, and Japan, and currently offer multiple training programs both in-person and online.

I welcome you to join my eclectic and supportive community in a space that invites you to be free, explore a range of emotions, with the invitation to meet you where you’re at.

  • Moira Macdonald; Private Yoga Therapy

Learning coach… Mentor… Non-Judgemental Listener… are all adjectives I can apply to Cindy Boulter. I first met her about 3-4 months ago in a group yoga class and now have the privilege of experiencing her private yoga instruction. Cindy is grounded in her belief in wholeness and wellness being achieved through a meditative yoga experience. I am more at peace, more grounded and focused, and reflect often on this particular meta statement that Cindy shared with me “May I be at peace with whatever comes.” My hope is that many more people will be as fortunate as I to have Cindy journey with them to the place of peace.

  • Deirdre McWade; 200 hours Yoga Teacher training

I recommend, without reservation, the Revolution Community Yoga’s 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training with Cindy Boulter. She is a highly credentialed teacher with vast amounts of knowledge and experience in yoga and other fitness disciplines. Cindy has a warm, encouraging and accessible teaching style. And! She’s a lot of fun to be around! In addition to learning from Cindy, guest teachers, Jacquie Bonwell and Theresa Murphy, reinforce the anatomy and Yoga Philosophy lessons and give students access to additional perspectives and styles. Seeing our class transform from Students to Teachers under Cindy’s guidance was an incredible experience. Sign up! You won’t regret it!

  • Alisa Dan; 200 hours Yoga Teacher training

This program is stunning, Cindy Boulter is inspiring, nurturing, caring, and kind. Her expertise in the fields of anatomy and physiology, and her unique approach to safe and functional body movement, not to mention the equally incredible guest teachers and programs she brings in throughout, is mesmerizing and really sets this 200 hour apart from every other training out there.

I will take away a strong understanding of not only how each Asana works in different bodies, but how EACH DIFFERENT BODY can work through asana. This program is all-encompassing from yogic philosophy and Sanskrit; anatomy and physiology; plenty to time to practice teaching and finding your voice; to learning proper alignment and variations for hundreds of postures, and sequencing. Thus is so much MORE than your average 200 hour YTT.
