Yoga therapy is the adaptation of yoga practices for people with health challenges. Yoga therapists prescribe specific regimens of postures, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques to suit individual needs.

Sometimes what we need is another set of eyes to help us see what we are missing, and then we are able to create change and make amazing gains. Yoga Therapy is about seeing clearly so we can then change habits in movement or whatever it is that is keeping us stuck.

In our sessions we will work closely together to explore your habits, breath and patterns of movement and then co-design a personalized yoga/movement program to help you decrease pain, improve strength, flexibility, balance and overall ease so you can increase your energy, reduce stress, be calm, breathe better and live a better life.

I offer both individual private yoga therapy as well as small group sessions.
